Oral TRT vs Injections vs Gel: Which Testosterone Option Is Right for You?

Injections (cypionate or enanthate)
The most common and least expensive option. Weekly or twice-weekly doses keep levels steady. The trade-off is a small injection you learn to give yourself.
Oral capsules (Kyzatrex, Jatenzo, Tlando)
No needles. Taken twice a day with food. Generally the most expensive option, and blood pressure needs monitoring.
Gels
Applied daily for steady levels without needles. You must prevent skin contact with partners and children until it dries, and absorption varies from man to man.
Nasal (Natesto)
Short-acting, used two or three times a day. Some men choose it because it may suppress their own hormone signals less.
How to choose
Start with what you'll actually stick with, then factor in cost and fertility goals. Every option at Apex Method includes the same monitoring, and you can switch if the first choice isn't a fit.
